One blue and white glazed ceramic snuff bottle. A short narrow neck surmounts an elongated rounded rectangular cylindrical body tapering towards a circular base. Body presents decoration of ten squatting figures with an eleventh squatting figure on the base.
One of a consignment carried to New Zealand in 1957 by George Jackson of Auckland, and from Auckland to Christchurch by Jack Locke, including 22 snuff bottles.
